Professional Biography
Harper Johnson is the vice chancellor of information technology (IT) and chief information officer at the University of Denver. Under his leadership, the Division of Information Technology is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable technological solutions through strategic partnerships and community engagement, aligning with the university's mission for the greater good. With more than 25 years of experience in higher education technology leadership, Harper brings a strong record of innovation, collaboration, and strategic focus to DU. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the United States Air Force Academy and a master’s in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix.
