Professional Biography
Lissa Miller, LCSW, is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, where she teaches in The Graduate School of Social Work. Lissa has practiced social work in the Denver Metro Area since 2010. Lissa brings extensive practice experience in ethically grounded social work, including crisis intervention, suicide and threat assessment, substance use treatment, school social work, professional development, prevention, and non-profit work. Her teaching and practice emphasize the development of reflective, competent professionals committed to serving diverse populations with integrity and compassion.
