Professional Biography
I am from Denver, Colorado, and I grew up in the Montbello neighborhood. The University of Denver’s welcoming community is why I fell in love with DU. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from DU. I enjoy working with youth and have done so through coaching high school basketball, church youth group, and working in Undergraduate Admission. I reside in Denver, Colorado, with my spouse and our two daughters. If you are applying to DU, my advice is to visit campus, enjoy the views from the rooftop of the Community Commons, and take a stroll through the University Park neighborhood.
