Professional Biography
As vice chancellor for student affairs, Stuart "Stu" Halsall will help shape a vital part of the DU student experience. Halsall has 23 years of experience at the University of Denver, most previously serving as the associate vice chancellor for James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus, Wellness, and Recreation at the University of Denver. He has also previously served in multiple positions in the Division of Athletics and Recreation including associate vice chancellor and chief operating officer. Halsall is a graduate of James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. He also holds a Master’s degree from Indiana University in sports management.
