CO Peak to Peak College Tour

Five Days. Three Schools. One State

Monday, June 18th - Friday, June 22nd

You are invited to spend five days in Colorado touring three premier institutions; Colorado College, University of Denver and University of Colorado Boulder. During this all-expense paid trip, we want you to experience for yourself how our progressive faculty are inspiring students to achieve greatness through fresh perspectives; how our outstanding facilities promote active and collaborative learning; and how our unique and beautiful Colorado locations provide both career-building and active lifestyle opportunities.

If you (or another colleague in your office) are interested in attending the Colorado Peak to Peak College Tour, please RSVP by registering here. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once you have reserved your space in the program, you will receive a confirmation email that will include instructions on how to schedule your travel arrangements as well as additional information about the program. We hope to see you in Colorado this summer!

Logistics

  • To participate, we ask you stay the full program which starts in Denver on Monday at 5 p.m. through Thursday in Boulder until 8 p.m.
  • Due to limited space, we ask that only one participant per school attend.
  • Once you have reserved your space in the tour, you will receive a confirmation email that will include instructions on how to schedule your travel arrangements as well as additional information about the program.
  • Hotel: Participants will have their own rooms at the Hyatt House Denver/Downtown which is located at 440 14th St., Denver, CO 80202. Arrangements will be made for you by the Peak to Peak Planning Committee for the nights of June 18-22. If you plan on arriving early or staying through the weekend, you will be responsible for your own sleeping accommodations above and beyond the nights that have already been reserved.
  • Air Transportation: Activities begin at 5 p.m. so participants must arrive in Denver no later than 2 p.m. on Monday. Flights will be booked through a travel agency and paid for by the Peak to Peak Planning Committee. If you need to cancel your trip for whatever reason, your ticket will remain in your name, but you will be responsible for reimbursing Peak to Peak for all related expenses
  • Ground Transportation: Shuttles will be provided to and from the airport on the 18th and 22nd and to the program’s activities throughout the week. If you plan on arriving early or staying through the weekend, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
  • Food: Meals provided by the Colorado Peak to Peak College Tour- Monday: Dinner; Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner; Wednesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner; Thursday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
