Expired Links in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Emails

Salesforce Marketing Cloud consolidation resulted in broken links in emails for some units around campus. This action may have affected links in emails sent prior to July 14, 2026.

If you are searching for a working link from an email that may have been affected, be sure to search on du.edu, Crimson Connect or reach out directly to the campus partner responsible for the link. 

Any emails sent on or after July 14, 2026 should not be affected. If you have ongoing issues, please submit a ticket to Information Technology.
