Housing Options

On-Campus Housing

DU has a few graduate housing options on campus. Graduate students are housed in Lynn Marie and Summit.  Information on those buildings can be found here.

Costs are available here.  To apply for housing check out the instructions on the housing website.

In addition, the housing office works in conjunction with off-campus providers. Visit their site below for off-campus housing options around Denver.

Sunshine Home Share Colorado

This organization pairs home seekers with senior citizens who have rooms available in their homes.  Rent is generally much lower than market value, but you may be asked to provide companionship and general household assistance.  The matching process can take weeks or months, so plan ahead.

Facebook Groups

Groups on FB are a great way to get connected with other students in our institutions to find housing options as they come available.

Neighborhoods/Transportation

Remember that you get an RTD pass as a DU student, so a commute can be manageable if you don't live on campus.
