Training, Education & Prevention Programs
The Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX provides training and education to students and employees on the Univesrity of Denver Discrimination and Harassment Policy, the Comprehensive Discrimination and Harassment Procedures, and the Title IX Sexual Harassment Procedures and topics and issues related to maintaining an education and employment environment free from discrimination, harassment, and gender-based violence. The University offers online and in-person training opportunities.
In addition, the University’s Gender Violence Prevention and Education (GVPE) office, a unit in the Office of Health Promotion, provides training on a variety of topics ranging from sexual health and consent to active bystanders skills.
