Orientation Period, Staff

For all new and rehired staff, there is an orientation period of 90 calendar days, at the end of which their performance will be evaluated. As is true at all times during an employee's employment with the University in Colorado and most other states, employment is not guaranteed for any minimum time and may be terminated at will, with or without cause and without prior notice, including during the orientation period.
