Posting Periods

Under Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, as amended, except under limited circumstances defined by the law, the University is required to post all job opportunities.  Non-exempt positions are posted for a minimum of five (5) working days, while exempt positions are posted for a minimum of ten (10) working days.  Internal only postings are posted for a minimum of two (2) working days regardless of exempt/non-exempt status. All job postings must include the hourly or salary compensation or range thereof and a general description of all benefits and other compensation offered for the position. Positions are posted on the online recruiting website.
