To you and your loved ones, I wish for you a joyful holiday season. These culminating weeks of the year offer countless opportunities for gratitude. And, as ever, I am thankful to be a part of this outstanding community of teachers and learners, doers and thinkers.
 
Academic communities are, I believe, truly wonderful, filled with grace and optimism. They uniquely offer to the world affirming reminders of the enduring spirit of goodness, progress and curiosity. What we all do on campus each day shapes the future in myriad and profound ways. So, thank you, for your important part in this endeavor.
