Celebrating Our Champions

“You have made this city so very proud this weekend,” said Denver Mayor Michael Hancock as the community celebrated a national championship for the DU hockey team. Approximately 3,000 fans came out to Magness Arena to congratulate the Pioneers for defeating Minnesota-Duluth 3-2, marking the program's eighth championship.
