Mission-Driven Operations and Management (Nonprofit Leadership)

Learn to lead mission-driven nonprofit organizations and ensure organizational health by learning the strategies that go into financial planning, staffing and resource management, and customized programming. Using research and data, you’ll be prepared to develop efficient and effective operations and programming for nonprofits. You’ll also learn how to measure the impact and return on investment of your efforts.

You can earn your MS in nonprofit leadership with a concentration in mission-driven operations and management or your graduate certificate entirely online or in the evenings on campus through University College. Beyond the courses in your concentration, you can choose from a range of electives related to nonprofit leadership, including social entrepreneurship, grant writing, and funding arts and culture programs.
