Mission-Driven Operations and Management (Arts and Culture Management)

Lead mission-driven arts and culture organizations and ensure organizational success and impact. From financial planning to staffing and resource management, you’ll learn to ensure organizational success by developing partnerships, managing grants, and launching community-based initiatives — all while understanding how to measure your return on investment.

You can earn your MA in arts and culture management with a concentration in mission-driven operations and management or a graduate certificate entirely online or in the evenings on campus through University College. Beyond the courses in your concentration, you can choose from a range of electives related to nonprofit leadership, including social entrepreneurship, grant writing, and marketing arts and culture programs.
