Fabricating Vector Vortices

Vector vortices are an important topic of discussion in the field of optical vortices. As one of the possible approaches, it is important to test the practicality of re-combining vector vortices by propagating them in the same path. Over many attempts, it is discovered that this method allows for easy manipulation and measurement of the phase of the transmitting beams. We have found ways to preserve the polarization of the beams through the path of propagation as well. The most significant problem is to make sure that the two beams traveling in parallel paths stay parallel, which is not yet resolved. This technique, if proven to work, can reveal much about the topic of fabricating vector vortices in lab conditions and in an industrial setting.
