What I Do

Jennifer Greenfield’s research focuses on the intersection of health and wealth disparities, especially family care work. Through her research, she seeks to identify and test policies that best support families as they balance work and caregiving. She works on paid family leave, minimum wage policy and economic self-sufficiency. She’s appeared in popular media outlets including US News and World Report, The Hill, Slate, The 19th and Colorado Public Radio.
