Organizational Development (Organizational Leadership)
Create the change you wish to see at your organization with an MS in organizational development. The organizational development program explores ways to improve organizational performance and manage change. You'll gain insight into the history, roll and challenges of organizational development (OD) across a variety of organizational sizes, types and sectors. Get hands-on experience devising diagnosis plans, synthesizing data and communicating findings, and develop and defend a personal philosophy around OD. Along the way, you will come to understand the varying models of change.
You can earn your MS in organizational leadership with a concentration in organizational development entirely online or in the evenings on campus through the University of Denver's University College. Beyond the coursework dedicated to organizational development, you also can choose electives from other leadership areas, including philanthropy, strategic innovation and human capital. You can also choose to pursue this master's concentration through the MA in communication management.
