HRCI’s Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) is the perfect certification to help fast-track your career growth and provide you with the confidence to launch into the HR profession. The aPHR certification is the first-ever HR certification designed for professionals who are just beginning their HR career or seeking to enter the HR field. Jumpstart your knowledge and confidence and become proficient in HR operations, employment law, recruitment, compensation, benefits, HR development, employee and labor relations, and safety, health and security.

This course is an intensive review of the essentials of human resource management and serves as thorough preparation for those pursuing their aPHR certification as well as a standalone course for non-HR professionals. The course incorporates study tips, test-taking strategies, practice questions, in-class exercises and discussions, and exam-specific final assessments developed exclusively by HR Cert Prep Pros to supplement your HRCP study materials.

This course is ideal for students who are:
  • New to HR
  • Early in their career and beginning to take on operational vs administrative responsibilities
  • Seeking to learn the fundamentals of HR in order to be a more effective supervisor or manager
  • Responsible for the oversight of an organization’s HR function
Eligibility: Students must have a high school diploma or global equivalent. No HR experience is required, as this is a knowledge-based credential.

Additional Costs: aPHR prep course students are required to purchase an aPHR Prep for Success Package from HR Cert Prep Pros ($375). This package includes both [1] HRCP’s printed materials, flashcards, and online practice test portal, and [2] HR Cert Prep Pros’ exclusive slide decks and handouts. Visit HRCPP’s website and scroll down to complete and submit the Request Form. HRCPP will follow up with an invoice. Once payment has been received, HRCPP will order your prep materials for delivery to the shipping location of your choice. You will also have the option to purchase a discounted HRCI Bundle that includes an aPHR application and exam voucher and HRCI’s online aPHR practice test; 1x1 tutoring with an SPHR-certified instructor; and career coaching services.
