Journey to the White Continent: Research as an Artist
Using the opportunity I had to go on a research vessel with National Geographic in December of 2019, I hope to create an exhibit for the University of Denver that communicates the rapidly changing climate of extreme environments. Using photography, videography and eco-acoustics I hope to create an immersive environment piece, sculpture pieces, and interactive pieces. Using this combination of art I aim to engage our community at the University of Denver in a different format, educating them the important changes that are happening globally and why it is important for all of us.
