Community Support Resources
The DU community is here for you. Please use any of the following community resources, which are available to the DU community:
The Health & Counseling Center (HCC) provides medical and mental health services to students, including in-person and virtual, crisis and after-hours support. All University of Denver students have access to free crisis services at the HCC, regardless of insurance coverage. Visit the Health and Counseling Center page or call 303.871.2205.
The Student Outreach & Support, a department in the Dean of Students Office, is a University resource where trained staff members connect students to support resources. You can activate these services for self or (another) student by completing a SOS Referral or by emailing sos@du.edu.
The Ombuds Office is a confidential and impartial resource that promotes collaboration and support the constructive resolution of conflict related concerns among the campus community.
Dean of Students (DoS) Office serves as a central hub to connect students to supportive campus and community resources. Email us at DoSoffice@du.edu or call us at 303-871-4261 (located in Community Commons suite 3001).
The Employee Assistance Program supports University employees in connecting to mental health resources for support. Employees can also use their own insurance benefits (Cigna/Kaiser/etc), and/or the DU GSPP clinics are open to the public.
The Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX (EOIX) will continue to enforce the University’s Discrimination and Harassment policy, which prohibits discrimination and harassment on the bases of protected statuses including sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
