Quick Questions with Amy King, vice chancellor for Human Resources, part one

Welcome new HR employee, Jennifer Jung, compensation analyst

(July 21, 2015) The department of Human Resources has hired Jennifer Jung as our new compensation analyst. Jennifer has extensive experience in both compensation and recruiting within higher education, and she will play an integral role in the staff compensation study that we announced on Monday. Jennifer is joining us from the University of Texas at San Antonio; please help us welcome her to DU!

Performance management goal setting reminder

(July 7, 2015) It is important to get your goals in the new performance management system – WingSpan – before we roll out the appraisal forms. If you have questions about this process, either from an employee or manager perspective, please contact HR (303-871-7420) for assistance. HR will host training sessions when we implement the remainder of the appraisal forms and will be available to provide customized training within your unit. You can access the WingSpan system via the Employee tab in PioneerWeb, on the left-hand side under “Performance and Career Development.”
