Your 2018 W-2 is now available in Pioneerweb!


If you elected to receive your W-2 electronically, your 2018 W-2 statement is now available in PioneerWeb.

To access your W-2 navigate to: PioneerWeb > Employee Tab > My Resources (located on the left hand side of the screen) > Employee Information > W2 (located next to Pay Stub)

Because your full Social Security Number appears on your W-2, you will be required to submit your secondary passphrase to view it. If you have forgotten your passphrase, you can use the "Reset your Passphrase" link located just above the passphrase field to reset it.

New location

Our new offices are located in the Administrative Office Building (AOB) which is located at 2601 East Colorado Avenue, Denver, CO 80208.  The building is just northeast of the intersection of East Buchtel Avenue and South University Boulevard.

The Shared Services Center is implementing process and system changes with enhancements that will streamline workflows for several tasks (such as Human Resources personnel transactions, time and attendance compliance, P-card administration and reconciliation, travel and expense processing, procurement contract administration, and electronic procurement). As projects are implemented, employees in units who perform these tasks will spend less time on them and will be able to perform other functions and services in the unit.
