The HR Partners provide support and serve as a liaison between academic units and/or non-academic divisions and Central HRIC. The HR Partners consult with and provide guidance and interpretation to divisional leadership on HR matters related to talent management (e.g., workforce planning, recruiting, on-boarding and other HR functions as necessary).

Additionally, the HR Partners are available to assist all University of Denver employees in addressing a variety of work and performance related matters and will respond to inquiries related to University policies and the collective bargaining agreement. 

Examples of services the HR Partners can provide assistance with:

  • Consulting services for managers and employees around performance and workplace concerns
  • Guidance to all employees regarding policy interpretation and application
  • Guidance on workplace issues
  • Exit interviews
