New hire paperwork

(Aug. 25, 2015) Peak hiring season at DU is upon us; almost 50 percent of all new hires to the University occur between the middle of August and early October. These new hires are both faculty and staff, including non-benefitted and work-award employees. To ensure all new hires get started in a seamless and positive manner and maintain compliance with federal laws, all employees must complete their new hire paperwork (form I-9, W-4) prior to beginning work. On their first day of employment, new employees must visit the HR and Financial Shared Services Center on-campus office (room 107A on the first floor of the Mary Reed Building) to complete their paperwork.
