How to Submit a Work Request
Welcome to iServiceDesk, the Facilities Management & Planning work request system. Our Facilities Dispatch Team first reviews each request to ensure that all pertinent information is included. Once the request is accepted, it is assigned a work order number, and the information is routed to the appropriate trade shop for action. You will receive an email notification with the work order number, confirming that your request has been accepted. Contact our service desk anytime at 303-871-2200 for questions or to update information about your request.

Having Trouble Accessing iServiceDesk?
iServiceDesk is behind the University firewall. This requires you to be connected to DU's network, either on campus or via the DU VPN, to gain access.
Submitting Work Requests
Once you have successfully connected to iServiceDesk, complete the following steps to submit your work request.
1. In the left-hand menu under "Work Request," select "Submit a Request." Then, in the drop-down menu, choose whether your facility is at the University of Denver or off-campus.
2. Select your specific facility from the drop-down menu.
Note: At any point in this process you may click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the previous menu.
3. On the next screen, enter your name, phone number, and email address in the appropriate fields, but ignore the "Repair Center" field. Then, select your "Room/Space" from the drop-down menu and enter your "Org. #" if you know it. Ignore the fields labeled "n/a" but choose the appropriate department from the "Department" drop-down menu. Finally, in the "Request" field, describe your issue or the work you need performed as specifically as possible. When complete, click the "Submit" button and your request will be sent to Facilities Management.
