Public Notice: Changes to ID Card Usage

Important Announcement 

Since June 2025, the ID Card Office will no longer maintain a working relationship with US Bank. As a result, the ID card will cease to function as a debit card starting from the aforementioned date. 

Key Details: 

  • End of partnership with US Bank: June 30, 2025 

  • Debit card functionality of ID cards will be discontinued. 

We encourage all individuals currently using their ID cards as debit cards to contact US Bank.  US Bank can be reached at 800-USBANKS.  The ID Card Office cannot answer account questions.
