Foundational Well-being

Overview

Foundational well-being is the set of underlying conditions that allow a person to function, adapt, and grow across all areas of life. It’s the base layer that supports more visible forms of success—performance at work, healthy relationships, resilience, and long term fulfillment. When these foundations are strong, people can handle stress, pursue goals, and recover from setbacks more effectively.
