I have worked at DU since 2014 and have held several roles ranging from Enrollment Manager, to Benefits Specialist, to HR Partner. Currently, I am thrilled to continue overseeing the Talent Acquisition team while exercising my passion for career and professional development as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. My goal as an HR professional has always been to focus on the full-cycle of talent management from hire to retire and with this role, that dream has come to fruition. My tagline is, “I find fulfillment in helping others find fulfillment” and this role grants me the opportunity to build that in to numerous stages of the employee life-cycle.
