Faculty & Staff Spring Well-Being Speaker Series

All DU faculty and staff are invited to join us for our spring speaker series!  All events will include a sponsored lunch and time to meet other members of the DU community. Register on Crimson Connect (https://crimsonconnect.du.edu) and search for, "Well-Being Speaker Series".

For each day, our schedule of events will be as follows:

11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. - Lunch, sponsored by Cigna & Kaiser Permanente

12:00 – 1:00 p.m. - Speaker (in-person & virtual options available)

1:00 – 1:15 p.m. - Session wrap-up

Wednesday, February 25 – Resilience Workshop

Join us for an introductory resilience session exploring essential practices in the form of meditation, mindfulness, and realistic self-care.

Wednesday, March 11 – Pause and Reflect: Design Your Sustainable Path Forward 

Juggling ambitions across life and work? The pressure to “do it all” can leave you feeling stretched thin, questioning your priorities and wondering how to achieve your goals without sacrificing your well-being. 

Wednesday, April 8 – The Stress/Nutrition Continuum

Join us for a nutrition keynote talk about stress, nutrition, and their impact on your overall health.

Crimson Classic

The University of Denver's Annual Crimson Classic 5K Run/1.5 Mile Walk takes place annually in October. The focus of the Crimson Classic is to celebrate wellness and to bring together our community. This is a free event!  In 2026, the Crimson Classic will be held on October 21, 2026.  Visit the Crimson Classic Website for more information.

Employee Flu Shots
