Contractor Parking Laydown

Construction projects frequently require contractors to occupy parking spaces, stage equipment or materials, place dumpsters, or otherwise use areas of campus that may impact parking, pedestrian routes, traffic, or other campus activities.

This form will help us:

  • Better coordinate contractor parking activities across campus
  • Identify conflicts with other projects, campus operations, or events
  • Manage limited parking and available laydown space more effectively
  • Consider pedestrian, traffic, and accessibility impacts
  • Establish clear parking expectations for contractors
  • Maintain a record of approved locations, dates, and conditions

Contractor Parking and Laydown Form

IMPORTANT: Submission of this form is a request, not an approval. Any project that impacts parking spaces, parking lots, garages, drive lanes, loading zones, or access routes must be submitted for review. Requests must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the desired start date. Parking Services must evaluate potential impacts to campus operations, events, accessibility, and other ongoing projects before approval can be granted. Requests submitted with less than five business days' notice may incur a $100 expedited processing fee.

Monthly rate for Lot 321 is $90.
