Prior to my time at DU, I spent fifteen years in progressive roles in Human Resources at the Auraria Higher Education Center, followed by five years as the Assistant Director of Benefits Services at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have served on the board of the Rocky Mountain College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (Rocky Mountain CUPA-HR) and as a trustee for the Colorado Higher Education Insurance Benefits Alliance Trust (CHEIBA Trust), a benefit-purchasing consortium made up of nine higher education institutions in Colorado.
