Cigna members can access the Happify and iPrevail apps, which offer behavioral health solutions to help build greater resilience, as well as cope with stress, anxiety and depression.

Happify
The Happify app supports emotional health needs across the continuum from wellbeing and prevention to diagnosable mental health conditions. Designed to fit into an individual's busy life with personalized bite-size activities, Happify offers more than 60 different tracks, 3,000 science-based activities and games, and 300 guided mediations based on the best practices of gaming science and behavioral therapeutic disciplines (including positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy).

iPrevail
The iPrevail app provides on-demand support from trained wellness coaches through a private chat platform for people experiencing stress and related challenges. The digital platform also offers personalized mental health care guidance for people with depression, substance use disorder, and other issues.
Tri-County Health Department
The Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) serves over 1.5 million people in Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas Counties, and offers over 60 programs/services ranging from birth certificates, immunizations, and health care referrals to restaurant inspections and infectious disease investigations, from 11 offices in a 3,000-square-mile area. The agency's jurisdiction includes 26 municipalities and three unincorporated counties, 15 school districts with more than 360 public schools, 12 acute care hospitals, three Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers with multiple facilities, three community mental health service providers and one Regional Collaborative Care Organization (Colorado Access).

Bright Horizons® Subsidized Child and Elder Care
We recognize the stresses that come with making child or elder care arrangements. To help you manage these challenges, DU has partnered with Bright Horizons® to offer DU benefited employees Bright Horizons® Back-up Care™. This program provides up to 10 days of Back-Up Care™ at subsidized rates, as well as four-hour virtual tutoring sessions. Employees have access to high-quality, temporary, center-based and in-home credentialed babysitting agencies and trained caregivers.

Child care in a center is $20 per child per day or $35 per family per day. In-home care is $8 per hour (four hours minimum) for well children, adults, and elders.

Step 1: Register for Back-up Care™
Online
- Visit https://clients.brighthorizons.com/DU.
- Select "Use It" under Reserve Back-Up Care™.
- Click the "First Time User" button.
- Enter your employer credentials:
Employer username: DU
Employer password: Benefits4You - You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to create a personalized username and password.
- Log in to your account with your new credentials.
Note: If your benefit eligibility cannot be confirmed, you can still register by calling 1-877-BH-CARES. Your personal username and password will be delayed until confirmation is received from your employer.

Call 1-877-BH-CARES (1-877-242-2737) to speak with a care consultant 24/7.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to create a personalized username and password.
- Log in to your account with your new credentials.
Step 2: Complete Your Care Profile- Visit https://clients.brighthorizons.com/DU.
- Click on the blue "Create Your Care Profile" button.
- Fill out your Employee Profile.
- Add Care Recipients.
- Enable Authorized Contacts.
- Enter Care Locations.
Step 3: Reserve Back-Up Care™Online
Visit https://clients.brighthorizons.com/DU. Once you have completed your care profile, visit the homepage and click on the blue "Make My First Reservation" button.

Via Mobile App
If you're fully registered and have used care before, search "Back-Up Care" in the App Store or Google Play and download the app to reserve care on the go. Through our partnership with Bright Horizons®, DU employees may find support for elder care services two ways — through your Back-Up Care™ Bright Horizons® profile or through the elder care platform, Years Ahead.
Years Ahead connects you with elder care search and referral tools for a network of senior care providers that includes in-home agencies, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care, and nursing homes. Supports available to you include an online needs assessment, information on selecting between elder care choices — including specialized facilities for memory/hospice care and independent/assisted-living communities — and a search tool for finding and evaluating care providers. You have up to 10 uses for in-home and center care at reduced costs through DU's partnership. Bright Horizons® Out-of-Network Care
The next time the sitter or caregiver cancels, you won't have to stress. Rely on Bright Horizons® Back-Up Care™ whenever regular care falls through. And if Bright Horizons® is unable to find care for you, you have the option to find your own care.
Through Out-of-Network Care, you can:
- Contact Bright Horizons® to receive pre-approval and reimbursement forms.
- Hire a caregiver within your own personal network, such as a relative, babysitter, or friend.
- Receive a reimbursement stipend of $100 per day to use toward the cost of care.

How It Works
- Pump according to your regular nursing schedule and refrigerate your milk.
- Pack your refrigerated breast milk in your activated Milk Stork cooler (instructions included).
- Tote your cooler of milk home in the reusable tote provided, or ship your refrigerated breast milk home overnight by scheduling your own FedEx pickup or asking your hotel to help.

We provide mini fridges for your office or desk at no cost during the transition back to work after leave.

How It Works
- Email well@du.edu with your contact information, office number or location, and fridge size preference (pictured in the flyer) so that arrangements can be made for obtaining a fridge.
- There is no time limit on the fridge's return, as every person's needs are different. Simply return the fridge when it is no longer needed. Once you are finished, email well@du.edu to coordinate the fridge pick-up.
