Estimate Your Bill
The Office of Student Billing is responsible for issuing student bills each term. You'll receive a bill for every term in which you are registered for classes. Financial aid awarded for that term will automatically apply toward your charges before classes begin.

Things to Note:
These estimated billing worksheets will help you understand what you may owe each term after your financial aid is applied to your student account. To get the most accurate estimate, you’ll need your most recent financial aid offer. Please also keep in mind:
- You'll need to know how many credits you'll take each term. If you're unsure, contact your academic department or academic advisor.
- Your bill may include additional charges not included in the worksheets, such as individual course fees, parking permits, library fees, and more.
- Books and supplies are not billed by DU and will not appear on your student bill.
- To receive financial aid, you must reapply every academic year.
- Some types of financial aid—particularly loans—require additional steps before funds will pay to your account.
