Well@DU Wellness Week

May 2–6, 2022

Join us for week of community conversation and classes exploring wellbeing topics May 2–6, 2022. The purpose of Wellness Week is to provide an inclusive environment to host speakers, consultants, and teachers to further navigate ideas and strategies for taking care of our wellbeing. This free week of virtual programming will include various classes surrounding the seven pillars of wellness: physical wellness, emotional and mental wellness, social and community engagement, self-agency and purpose, environmental, spiritual, and financial wellness.

We will start every morning with a yoga class. From there, we will have various experts come to discuss nutrition, mental health, finances, meditation, etc. All classes are free and sponsored by Well@DU. We are excited to support your journey of wellbeing!
