People Development
The Office of People Development partners with faculty and staff to facilitate professional development through strategic consulting, professional coaching, career planning, and mediation services, as well as coordination of the Thriving at DU: New Hire Orientation program. The team also focuses on empowering employees with specific skills to drive better business performance by offering competency-based in-person and virtual classes on topics such as management and supervisory skills, communication, team-building, organizational development, and technical skills. We strive to serve employees, managers, leaders, and teams in a fulfilling employment experience focused on supporting the University's mission and advancing DU's strategic plan.
