Wellness works at DU.

THE MISSION OF [email protected]

The Wellness Program provides programming and incentives to encourage employees to increase the knowledge of their health status and achieve health goals. This program is working towards shifting the University culture to create the conditions to allow employees to thrive physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Faculty & Staff Onsite Yoga and Wellness Classes 

Tuesday

  • Power 45 Class: 12pm-12:45pm, 2nd Floor Administration Office Building
  • Vinyasa Yoga: 11:30am-12:15pm, Outside Lawn on Daniel L Ritchie Circle (in front University Hall & Mary Reed Hall)

Wednesday

  • Iyengar Yoga: 11:30am-12:15pm, Outside Lawn on Daniel L Ritchie Circle (in front University Hall & Mary Reed Hall)

Thursday

  • Power 45: 12pm-12:45pm, Studio D Ritchie Center
