With gym closures and physical distancing, it can be a challenge to stay physically and mentally healthy right now. Kaiser Permanente Members can now access ClassPass. Stream virtual fitness classes in your home. This includes:

• Online video workouts at no cost or at a discounted rate. Access 4,000+ on-demand fitness classes, including cardio, dance, meditation, and more.

• Discounts on livestream fitness classes. These are real-time online classes, like bootcamp, yoga, and Pilates, from top gyms and fitness studios.exercise from the comfort of their homes.

The Wellness Incentive Program is continuing to operate as usual. Certain tiles have been adjusted within the program to ensure participants continue to have the opportunity to achieve their points before May 15, 2020 while at home.
