Wellmetrics Portal - Incentive Program

At DU, we believe that an individual's health is their greatest asset.

To support you and your family in caring for that asset, you may choose to participate in the Wellmetrics Portal to receive:

  • a significant premium credit* (for employees on a DU sponsored health plan)

OR

  • exciting incentives (for benefited employees not on a DU health plan.)

The well@du Wellmetrics Portal has been designed as a year-long approach to health and replaces our past one-time screening structure. DU chose to build upon our previous program as we feel your health is important more than just once a year.

Register for the well@du Wellmetrics Portal

  • You will need to use your du.edu email address and DU ID to activate your account.
  • Earn points by engaging in wellness activities throughout the year and earn rewards! 

Incentives and Deadlines for Employees on a DU sponsored health plan

TO EARN THE 2018-2019 PREMIUM INCENTIVE

To achieve the 2018-2019 premium incentive you must earn 5,000 points which is the Gold level in the portal. 

You do not need to complete a biometric screening, or fill out any health care provider forms this year. Please participate in any activities and challenges of your choice to make up the 5,000 points. There are no challenge or activity specific requirements, it is completely your choice on what items to complete.

If you have a spouse/partner on your DU sponsored health  plan, they must also achieve 5,000 points/Gold level for you to qualify for the incentive. 

The deadline for the 2018-2019 incentive is May 15, 2018

The deadline for the 2017-2018 has now passed. If you are a new hire or have come on to the plan under a qualifying event, please see the new hire information below.

Be assured plenty of high point opportunities will open throughout the year!

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE 2018-2019 PREMIUM DISCOUNT IS MAY 15, 2018

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your spouse/partner is covered with your plan, you must both complete the program to receive the premium incentive. That means he/she also needs to create an account on the portal and reach 5,000 points/ Gold Levels by May 15, 2018.  Eligible Spouses/Partners (those on a DU employee's health plan) - may use any email address and should use their spouse's/partner's DU ID with the letter "S" to activate their personal account.  For example: 87xxxxxxS

CURRENT 2017-2018 PREMIUM INFORMATION:

  • $325 credit for employee-only coverage or employee+children coverage.

  • $650 credit for employee+spouse/partner coverage or employee+family coverage. 

  • The credit will be divided among your pay checks from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
  • If your spouse/partner is covered with your plan, you must both have completed the program by May 15, 2017 to receive the incentive.

NEW HIRES OR EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE ADDED A DU HEALTH PLAN DURING A QUALIFYING EVENT:

New hires or employees entering the plan with a life event change may receive this discount upon hire but must complete a wellness orientation within 60 days from the start of their health plan to earn the current year's discount. Contact well@du.edu for more information.

Please note: 30 days after your hire date you will receive an email (to your du.edu account) with an activation code to register and begin earning points.  You will not be able to access the portal until you have that email.

Reach at least 5,000 points / Gold level or above you will be entered in a raffle to win an experience or gift card through our partner, Wishlist. The value of this gift will be $100

FAQs

Your health information is protected. No one in the DU wellness program will ever ask you for your specific medical information nor will we receive any protected individual information. DU will only receive notice that you have reached gold status on the well@du Wellmetrics Portal in order to deliver incentives.
